Flaming ArtistThis illustration is based on the taoist “Ying Yang” symbol. It’s called “Ying Yang 2” because it’s the second time I’ve tried to evoke this symbol when depicting a love-making couple. This time, I drew the image entirely using Prismacolor colored pencils.
As can be seen by the date, I drew this in 1992, long before I bought my first computer and painfully discovered the phenomena of discoloration at pages turning away from the scanner at the binding. This is india ink line and water color.
