On this drawing, I cut out sections from various
pieces of scrap pager, then glued it onto the page. I then painted into it
with gouache and drew onto it with
colored pencil.
The whimsy continues. I finally decided to use the
book I was using to sketch in as a source of ideas for artwork. This is not
intended as a comment on Atlanta, which, no doubt is a wonderful city (I
wouldn’t know; I’ve never been.)
