Naked Tarzan

It’s Tarzan. He’s naked (why would he be otherwise?). He watches Bill Moyers when he’s not swinging through the trees.

Probably Up For It

I’ve started sketching again; now it’s time to catch up on my posting. Nothing special, just drawings of naked guys…

Needs A Shave

Just kidding. This is another drawing culled from my daily journal, dated August 26, 2004. I don’t know what this guy is doing hanging around in a towel, but I guess he doesn’t need an excuse.

August 19, 2004

Nothing special, just a fun sketch of a hot guy. I’m going through old sketchbooks, since I’m not producing much new work right now.

Stoned in Space

I did this drawing in my daily journal on August 8, 2004. This seems to be a sketch for some story or pitch I was collaborating on, but, for the life of me, I can’t remember what, and the journal entry doesn’t say anything about it. It reminds me of Elaine Lee and Michael Kaluta’s “Starstruck” for some reason. The guy smoking chronic is pretty hot; I guess that’s the point.

New Old Drawings, Pt 2

This is from the same sketchbook as yesterday’s post; this time the drawing is in ink using a brush. I like the hand on the guy doing the fucking. Otherwise, I think it’s a bit stiff, a bit complicated, especially in the bottom’s foreground arm. I was on a Kirby (as in Jack Kirby) kick at the time.

New Old Drawings, Pt 1

Here is a newly discovered drawing in an old sketchbook. The sketchbook was made specifically for pen and ink drawings; it has a coated stock. The drawing is in ink, using a crow quill pen.
